Founded in 1979
D.S. Senanayake College Old Boys Association was established in the year 1979. It was 12 years after the school started. Old Boys’ Association is now nearly 43 years old and has had 22 Past Presidents. While, Mr. Ranjan Perera was the first President, the current President is Mr Mayura Amarasinghe. Members of the OBA, who are committed to nurturing the school and its mission, forms a wide network of local and foreign alumni and friends who are in touch with the school authorities. Currently, our overseas branch network operates in 07 countries.
OUR MISSION

To be a nonprofit, non-governmental organisation without race, caste, class, religious, language and political discriminations, that gathers all learned and intelligent citizens who are products of D. S. Senanayake College and to use their Knowledge, Intelligence and Skills towards the betterment of society as per the school moto ‘Country Before Self’.

To gather all who pass out of D. S. Senanayake College and through their unity build friendship among them and to develop their continued relationship with the school.

To organise and conduct, with the patronage of the OBA members, various educational, religious, cultural and social services that benefit the school as well as the society.

To take necessary steps towards betterment and development of members’ Intelligence & Knowledge, Economic & Social Status, Religious, Physical & Mental status.
